Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 4 hours of purchase without providing any reason. (We start processing orders after 4 hours.)

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us through a clear statement via email at mystethshop@gmail.com.

We will process your refund no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods. The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase, and no additional fees will be charged.

Conditions for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

• The item was received in a defective condition or is different from what was ordered.
• The return request is made within 30 days of purchase.
• The item is in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

• Personalized or custom-made products.
• Items that deteriorate quickly or have expired.
• Unsealed hygiene-related items (e.g., medical or personal care products).
• Items that have been inseparably mixed with other products after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

• Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods.
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service.
• Refunds will only be issued upon receipt of the returned item or proof of delivery.

Gifts

• If an item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the return is processed.
• If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to them.
